Meepings

Just wanted to let everyone know that Pumpernickel and I will be at Megacon 2011 (March 25th-27th) in Orlando, FL.  Due to convention policy changes though, we will not be able to have a table in the artist alley area.  Instead, we will be in the Independent Press section at table Red 4 facing the Star signing area.  We’re hoping that anyone who can will come out and help  support Pumpernickel and the gang since this table is nearly double the cost of an artist alley table.  >.< !!!  I’ll be posting more later in the year about what goodies will be available.  For now, Pumpernickel and I are focusing on Meepings and AWA which is fast approaching! We’re looking so forward to AWA and to seeing some of you there!  More info soon!!

Pumpernickel, the Meeps, and I will be attending AWA 2010 in Atlanta, GA from Sept 17-19!! WOOOT!! I love AWA-it’s the coolest convention! I’ll post more info about our table details when I find out them out.

Some of the items I’ll have: Meeps (new 2nd editions), Hill Monsters (new 3rd editions), Dustyfluffs, Bramble Chicks( Northern Rock variety), Nook seedlings, White-bellied Catfish (hopefully), Velrings (hopefully), Meepings mini comics, Pumpernickel and the Lonely Bonsai Letter-comic adventure (hopefully), and some cute jewelry! I’m also hoping to have new buttons, bookmarks, notebooks, and t-shirts too! I only hope there is enough time…>.<!

~Meepings Update~

In the interest of saving time and being able to produce more goodies, I have decided not to color the Saturday comics anymore.  I was planning on printing them all in black n’ white for the books anyways.  That isn’t to say that I may not opt to color a few comics for prints such as the Meep Sleep or Growga series.

~Etsy Store Update~

I have added 4 items to the store: Hill Monster and Snow Meep adoptions as well as baby Hill Monster keychains and some fun scarves!  I only have 4 Baby Hill Monsters 2nd editions left!!  So adopt one while you can!  Meep adoptions will open soon followed later, hopefully by May, Bramble chick adoptions.

Ahhh…..the big convention is over and Pumpernickel and I survived though I’m convinced that the Meeps and Company were partying after the Dealer’s Room closed for the night. They all looked a bit sleepy in the morning ^_^;;; I hope everyone that attended had a wonderful time! I just hope I can go next year…

It seems though that if I am to have a table at the convention next year, I will have to get an Independent Press table because I sell “plushies”. I will have to weigh this considerably as those tables are double the price of Artist Alley without hardly any added perks and I am on a limited budget.  I am planning on emailing the director of the Artist Alley to discuss the matter some more since the message was delivered to me by someone else.  I cross my fingers.

I will be updating and listing items later this week after I get reorganized here in the studio. I will be posting adoptions for Hill Monsters and Baby Meeps. If you saw something at my table, especially a small item like a button, and would like to purchase it- please~Please~ email me. I currently don’t list most of my smaller items.  I also will be listing the comicbooks and prints online as well.

I won’t be able to post the comic today as I was too dead to finish it last night I’m afraid.  Megacon has been a blast so far though I hope it doesn’t take me an hour again today just to make it down I-Drive to Sandlake…>.< ! Ahhh~ Tourist traps. I hope everyone has an awesome day today!!! Saturday is usually the best day. See you at the Con.

I regret to announce that due to financial constrictions, I will be canceling our appearance at FWA this year.  I’m very sorry for having to cancel and I hope that this hasn’t affected anyone’s plans.  I will still be attending Megacon next month, March 12th-14th.  I am also hoping to go to AWA as well this year (if I can get in) and would really like to go to Metrocon, too, though that seems unlikely now. Again, I apologize for the cancellation, but look forward to seeing those who can make it to Megacon.

Things are getting quite crazy around the studio with Megacon approaching!! Only 2 weeks away!!! o.O !  Today, my badges arrived and I found out that I will be at table Yellow 5.  So please plan a visit and see the new ~exotic~ table display my friend and I have been concocting.

I put out some birdseed yesterday and look what I caught nibbling on it….

Bramble chicks!!!!!

I will have 10 Bramble chicks up for adoption at Megacon.  For the first time ever ^____^ ! They’ll come with some info on Brambles and a tiny bag of feed. Woot!

From the House on a Hill Monster webcomic, chapters 1-4 in book form was ordered today and I’m very much looking forward to seeing it in print and having it at Megacon in March. It’s a whomping 162 pages!!!!! Contains some new pages from Pumpernickel’s Letters and all 23 character profiles. O.o !!!
